We’ve got a fun and engaging level system to keep you motivated! The first thing we want to do is set up a lively WhatsApp group where you can get help and we can collect feedback from awesome people just like you. Ready to start your fitness journey? It’s not easy to carve out time for gym sessions, stay motivated for long-term fitness goals, or access high-quality structured training. And let’s not forget about maintaining physical fitness with a busy schedule.

The AthleticDojo program is designed to fit your lifestyle while staying motivated and achieving your goals. Through our innovative level and award system and the motivated and supportive community, we offer a unique experience that goes far beyond conventional fitness programs.

How To Get Started: It’s simple!

Here’s how to get started! First, join our WhatsApp group to stay connected with regular updates, motivational content, and community support. Next, complete the White Band Test to help us understand your current fitness level and tailor the program to your needs. Take a few minutes to fill out our Activity and Motivation Form, which includes questions about your fitness goals, current activity level, and what motivates you.

After joining, you’ll receive a series of onboarding messages that guide you through the program, including links to our member area where you can access workout videos, challenges, and other resources. Track your progress through the level system and see how far you’ve come. Check the member area for information on local groups in your area, and celebrate your achievements with tangible rewards to stay motivated!

We’re aiming for 50 members, and we’ve got a few strategies in place to make that happen. First, we’ll reach out to our current contacts and anyone else we think might be interested with a personal invitation. Next, we’ll share the invitation links on social media, our website, in our newsletters, and through direct communication (emails, personal messages). Finally, we’ll make sure to deliver results so you show off our amazing progress to everyone you know!
