AthleticDojo (lat. athleta, “competitor”, “powerful, muscular person”, jap. Dojo, 道場 ‚ “place of the path” , “training ground”) is our place (jo) to get fit for all the challenges and opportunities we’ll face on our life path (do). Our goal is to stay in shape, avoid unnecessary harm, fight the good fight, and be our best selves! We’re going to do it with style and grace, with the help of our God! 😎

Fitness? It’s simple. All you really need is a small space and a little motivation. But it’s not easy. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day or get overwhelmed and let time slip away without getting started. But every day you don’t get going, you lose valuable time. If you’re not sure where to start, don´t worry!

Just start with some basic exercises like: climbing, shadow boxing, gymnastics, push-ups, squats, planks, jumping rope, burpees, stretching and meditation. Make these a part of your daily routine! Progressivly incorporate additional exercises to develop coordination, strength, and endurance.

You’ll move, look, think and feel better in no time!
